英文摘要	Using investigation data on Plumbum (Pb) in bottom waters in Jiaozhou Bay in May and August 1990, this paper analyzed the content, pollution level and horizontal distribution. Results showed that Pb contents were 2.96-9.41 mu g L-1, and the pollution levels were slight to moderate. The moderate polluted region was in the north of the bay mouth in May 1990, compared to the bay center in August. There was a rapid sedimentation process in the north of the bay mouth in May, while there was a rapid sedimentation process in the bay center in August. Pb contents were decreasing from the north of the bay mouth to the bay center in May, compared to decreasing from the bay center to the bay mouth in August. In general, along with the water exchange process between the bay and the open waters, Pb contents were decreasing continuously
