英文摘要a novel ester-bonded packing for reversed-phase hplc(rp-hplc) was synthesized by reacting octanoic acid with beta-(3, 4-epoxycyclohexyl) ethyltrimethoxy silane and then the intermediate product was coupled onto porous silica. characterization of the prepared packing was carried out with elemental analysis, solid-state c-13 nmr, and fourier transform infrared spectrometry. hydrophobicity, selectivity and silanophilic activity of the packing were evaluated by using organic components including acidic, basic and neutral analytes as probe molecules and methanol-water as binary mobile phase. the usage ranges of ph and stability of the packing were also evaluated. the results show that, the novel stationary phase has excellent. chromatographic properties and resist to hydrolysis between ph = 2. 5-7. 5, it can be used for the separation of basic solutes efficiently.
