中文摘要随着全球化制造网络体系的形成,以数字化、全球化、虚拟化、智能化和敏捷化为特征的新型经济形态下的企业特征已初见端睨。在这一背景下,企业正在由传统的以职能为基础的组织机构和运作机制向以过程为核心的管理模式转变,这就迫切需要建立基于活动的,以过程为核心的业务控制模型,并建立活动驱动的生产控制方法,以支持企业适应全球制造链的敏捷性、动态性和协同性。对该问题的研究不仅具有重要的理论意义,而且具有重要的实际应用价值。 本文在广泛阅读相关文献的基础上,以过程建模为核心,提出了基于工作流的业务过程建模分析方法,并就业务过程重组中涉及的一些共性问题进行了定量分析。进而以生产制造过程为背景,研究了相关的优化调度算法,提出了以业务驱动为核心的企业信息系统构建方法,为开发具有一定智能的、开放式构件化制造过程管理系统提供了相应的技术支持,主要工作如下: (a)在对企业经营过程活动分析的基础上,利用代数中的三定律完成对过程的抽象描述,形成过程代数定律。企业的业务中活动与活动之间的关系十分复杂,但从总体上可将活动之间的控制流方式分为以下七种:串行(Sequential)、并行(Parallel)、与分支(And_split)、与合并(And_join)、或分支(Or_split)、或合并(Or_and)和循环(Iteration)。通过对上述七种过程的形式化描述,为我们从事复杂业务过程的计算化提供了技术指导。 (b)在工作流模型的基础上,针对业务过程的特点,提出了基于活动的业务过程综合建模方法,详细探讨了业务活动之间的逻辑关系,活动的状态转移关系以及过程的建立与控制。在此基础上以生产制造过程为背景,详细分析并建立了产品结构与业务过程综合模型之间的映射关系,从而为有效解决生产过程与工作流的结合问题提供了技术方法。 (c)针对业务过程重组中存在的共性问题,采用排队理论和概率论研究业务过程重组与优化的方法,并从理论上分析了在何种条件下应进行多项任务的合并、由工人自行决策还是增加或减少控制/协调环节等,并以某公司实际的生产过程中的质量控制点和决策为案例进行了分析。 (d)业务过程综合建模的目的是为了实现以活动驱动的生产控制,为此,需要相应的调度策略。文中详细分析了基于活动的调度规则策略和实现方法,在调度策略中采用了DEDS理论中的时间驱动和事件驱动方法,分别提出了可用时间约束的调度规则、任务分配规则、路径选择规则、物流平衡规则、过程优化规则、忙闲均匀规则和资源受限条件下基于活动的启发式调度模型。 (e)在上述工作的基础上,从信息系统实现的机制出发,详细分析了信息技术的发展历程和工业综合自动化系统的发展方向,提出了以agent技术为基础,以业务过程驱动为核心的系统功能体系结构和系统集成体系结构,为开发具有一定智能的生产过程信息管理与控制系统提供了技术保障。

英文摘要With the global manufacturing network coming into being, some new characters are emerging in enterprise, which include digitization, globalization, virtualization, intelligence and agility. Under such economic environments, enterprises are in process of transforming from the conventional organizing framework and operating mechanism based on function to the new management paradigm with the core of processes. Consequently, it is necessary and exigent to found an activity-based business controlling model with the core of processes as well as activity-driven production controlling method, so as to improve the enterprises performance and adapt enterprises to the agile, dynamic and collaborative global manufacturing chain.For these problems, this dissertation advanced workflow-based business process of modeling and analysis method. Moreover, we analyzed quantitatively the commonality involved in business process reengineering. Furthermore, some optimizing and scheduling methods were investigated, and the enterprise information system modeling methods were advanced with the core of business. The dissertation includes the content as follows:(a) Process algebra laws were investigated and formed by using three laws in algebra to characterize processes based on analyzing enterprise management activities. Although relations between these activities are always quite intricate, control-flow manners can be described by seven different kinds of simple processes as. By developing a description language about the seven kinds of processes, this paper has provided important technology foundation for computing the complex business processes.(b) Based on the workflow model and characteristics of business processes, the integrated activity-based business process modeling method was presented. Simultaneously, logic connections between these activities were discussed particularly. So we analyzed and founded the mapping connection matrix between product configuration and business process integration model under the background of production and manufacturing processes. Furthermore, the performance indexes were introduced to process modeling in order to account for the integrated and optimizing problems efficiently between process modeling and system controlling.(c) For the commonness problems lying in business process reengineering, business process reengineering and optimization methods were investigated by introducing queuing theory and probability theory. And based on production processes of some corporation, we analyzed the quality reference points and decision-making problems in practice.(d) Considering the aim of business process integrated modeling is to achieve activity-driven production controlling, rule-based scheduling strategies were analyzed and developed in this dissertation to implement activity-driven production controlling. We introduces the time-driven and event-driven method in DEDS theory to develop activity-driven method, and advanced many scheduling techniques including scheduling rule with time constraint, assignment rule, route selection rule and logistics balance rule, et al.(e) Based on above researches, this dissertation advanced agent-based and process-driven system function and integration architecture according with the evolution direction of information technology and industry integration automation system, which will be in favor of developing intelligent production process information managing and controlling system.
