中文摘要企业要在日益激烈的市场竞争中取胜,不仅需要先进的生产设备,还要依靠科学的生产管理。生产计划与调度问题作为生产管理的核心内容,一直受到理论界和工程界的关注。如何科学合理地确定生产计划与调度直接关系到企业的经济效益和产品的竞争能力。在钢铁行业中,存在着大量的计划与调度问题。钢铁产品竞争的焦点在于产品质优价廉、准时交货、多品种小批量。在传统的钢铁生产中,冶金、铸造和轧钢三大工序是相互独立的,生产计划分别制定和实施,所追求的目标只是某一局部的合理化或最优化。随着冶、铸、轧三大工序直接连接的实现,传统的生产管理模式和方法已经不适用,必须采用新的管理—即以计算机技术为基础的一体化生产管理。一体化管理具有节能、降耗、降低工序等待时间、缩短生产周期等特点,是钢铁企业生产管理的重要发展趋势。随着信息时代的到来和全球一体化经济的出现,对企业参与竞争的能力提出了更高的要求,原有的管理思想已不能完全适应新的竞争形势,由全球制造链而产生的供需链管理模式成为当前管理思想的一个典型代表。供需链管理是一种基于企业供需链的先进管理模式。从供需链的角度看,处于供需链中的上下游企业在做计划时,应既保证企业自身利益,又要兼顾共同的经济利益。只有优势互补,才能共同增强竞争能力。本文所研究的问题是针对钢铁企业生产管理的特点,对主炼钢区域中的一体化生产调度问题和基于热轧和冷轧工序的供需链上下游计划问题进行了较为深入的研究,主要工作可分为以下几点: 1. 详细分析了钢铁企业一体化生产管理和供需链管理存在的问题和研究现状。针对钢铁企业生产调度的特点并结合生产调度的理论,论述了炼钢-连铸-热轧一体化生产调度实现的必要性。另外,介绍了企业集成化管理的发展历程、供需链合作伙伴关系和博弈论的应用情况。 2. 对作业车间调度问题进行了概述,并对作业车间调度问题的求解方法进行了总结。给出了作业车间调度问题的数学模型,将拉格朗日松弛法应用到模型中,通过实例说明算法的有效性。 3. 基于一体化管理思想,建立了炼钢-连铸-热轧一体化生产调度模型,利用拉格朗日松弛法较好地分解特性,使这一大规模复杂调度问题的求解成为可能。这对于钢铁企业一体化管理具有重要的指导意义。 4. 针对目前企业所面临的多种选择情况,基于供需链管理中的上下游合作伙伴关系,建立了一种供需合作计划模型,通过协商的手段,最终使上下游企业达到“双赢”的目标。这对于供需链管理与优化是一次非常有益的尝试。 5. 将动态博弈和协商对策的方法应用到供需链上下游合作计划模型中,分别从合作和非合作博弈角度对问题进行了探讨。对基于不同方法(如动态博弈和协商对策等)所产生的结果进行了分析和探讨。并给出求解算法。最后,对本文工作进行了总结,指出本文的主要创新之处,并对未来工作进行了展望。

英文摘要To succeed in the increasingly intensive market competitions, an enterprise depends on not only the advanced production equipments but also scientific production management. As the key point of production management, production planning and scheduling has been attracting attentions from the aspects of theory and engineering. How to make production planning and scheduling scientifically and rationally has direct effects on the enterprises’ profits and products competition abilities. In iron and steel plants, there are a lot of planning and scheduling problems. It is well known that the focus of products competition is placed on high quality, low cost, just-in-time delivery and small lot with deferent varieties. In the traditional iron and steel plants, the three large working procedures, steelmaking, casting and rolling, are independent to each other, and the production plans are designed and conducted separately, so that only local or partial optimization can be obtained. With the achievements of direct connection of the above three working procedures, the traditional production management models and methods are no longer applicable, therefore a novel management scheme, integrated production management based on computer technology must be adopted. The integrated production management has such advantages, saving energy, lowering consumption, decreasing waiting time between working procedure and shortening processing time, that it has become an important development trend in production management of iron and steel plants. The coming of information era and the emergence of global economy arose higher level requirement for enterprises, and the former management ideas have not been satisfactory to be suit for new challenges any more. The supply chain management (SCM) derived from the global manufacture chain is a typical representation in modern management idea. SCM is an advanced management scheme based on enterprises’ SCM. From the view of SCM, when upstream and downstream plants in SCM make their plans, besides their own benefits, they have to consider the common benefits. The competition ability of an enterprise will be strengthened by complementarities for each other. According to the characteristics of production management of iron and steel plants, this dissertation studies in detail the integrated scheduling in main steelmaking area and supply chain-based upstream and downstream planning, furthermore puts forward several efficient models and methods, its main contributions are summarized as the follows: 1. Analyze in detail the current situations and pending problems of iron and steel integrated production management and SCM. With consideration of the characteristics of iron and steel plant and theories on production scheduling, discuss the necessary of realizing steelmaking-continuous casting-continuous rolling integrated scheduling. Additionally, introduce the development of enterprise integrated management, the cooperative partners of supply chain, and applications of game theory respectively. 2. State the problem of job shop scheduling, and summarize the presently existed algorithms to solve it. A mathematical model about job shop is established, and the lagrangian relaxation (LR) technology is applied into the model. Experiments prove the effectiveness of LR method. 3. In the view of integrated management, establish an integrated production scheduling model of steelmaking、continuous-casting、continuous-rolling, and apply LR to the model. Because LR method is possessed of good properties of decomposition, the complex scheduling problem can be decomposed into sub-problems, and then solved effectively. The model and method proposed can play a significant role in the integrated production management of iron and steel plants. 4. Take into account the multi-choices of enterprises, based on upstream and downstream planning models, a collaboration planning model (CPM) for SCM is established by sharing information, considering both the internal and external situations, the relation of cooperating partnership is determined by negotiating theory, and the goal of win-win is realized. The model is of a great value to SCM, and potential for practical applications. 5. Apply dynamical game theory and bargaining Game theory into CPM to solve the problem of collaboration planning model based on upstream and downstream. From cooperative game and non-cooperative game perspectives, carried out the CPM problem respectively. Experiments using realistic data from enterprises have achieved satisfactory results. Finally, draw the conclusion of this dissertation, point out the innovative parts, and forecast the future research work.
