英文摘要	The invention relates to a building intelligent power consumption management system, in particular to a general term of a hardware system and a software system, wherein building automation is combined with intelligent power consumption technology. The building intelligent power consumption management system comprises wireless measuring and control devices, an intelligent power consumption communication network and an intelligent interaction terminal, wherein the wireless measuring and control devices are used for collecting power consumption information of power consumption devices, environmental condition information and execution control commands, the intelligent power consumption communication network is used for transmitting data information and control commands between each wireless measuring and control device and the intelligent interaction terminal, and the intelligent interaction terminal is used for operating an electric energy management software system, conducting statistic analysis and process on collected power consumption information and environment information data in the whole building, and sending control instructions. According to the building intelligent power consumption management system, the building automation is combined with the intelligent power consumption technology, a network interconnection mechanism based on an internet protocol version 6 (IPv6) is adopted, a power consumption control policy aiming at human behavior and perception is adopted, and a time-of-use electricity price mode is supported.
