英文摘要 | The invention relates to a method for identifying composition and content of elements in an analyte. The method comprises the following specific steps of: (1) establishing an element standard spectrogram library (2) obtaining a spectra of the analyte, and determining the wavelength range of the detected spectra (3) carrying out peak-seeking treatment on the detected spectra (4) judging whether the selected element exists in the analyte or not (5) calculating the correlation coefficient of the spectrogram under the premise that a certain element exists and (6) judging the element concentration of the elements according to the correlation coefficient. The method is suitable for an atomic emission spectroscopy instrument based on a wide band range for laser inducement breakdown spectroscopic analysis, scintilla direct reading spectroscopic analysis and fluorescence analysis and the like. The method provided by the invention can rapidly judge elemental composition in the measured substance, simultaneously displays the element content, and can simultaneously judge multiple elements and the judgment result is accurate, and the application and realization are easy. |
