中文摘要metastable wurtzite i-3-iii-iv-vi5 (cu3insns5) semiconductor nanocrystals were successfully synthesized via a hot-injection approach. the structure, composition, morphology, and optical properties of cu3insns5 were characterized by powder x-ray diffraction, energy dispersive spectrometry, transmission electron microscopy, and uv-vis absorption. their suitable band gap value and photoresponse indicate a high potential application in the field of thin film solar cells.
