中文摘要Nanowires of Ag and Cu have been produced from metal-loaded zeolites and micropore-containing mesoporous silica SBA-15 in situ inside the electron microscope. The structures of the nanowires have been characterized by using high-resolution electron microscopy and the compositions have been examined by energy dispersive x-ray spectroscopy. The growth of single-crystal nanowires was controlled by the electron beam density. The growth mechanism of the metal nanowires is discussed.
