英文摘要This paper analyzed the "Trapezoid-V" shaped drainage canal's hydraulic condition and discussed its optimum cross-section design. The cross-section configuration parameter of "Trapezoid-V" shaped debris flow drainage canal (M) is defined as the ratio of wetted perimeter (P) to hydraulic radius (R), and it can be deduced as M = (2 beta root 1+m(1)(2)+2 root 1+m(2)(2))(2)/m(1)beta+2m(2)beta+m(2) under the optimal hydraulic condition beta = h(1)/h(2) = m(2)(root 1+m(1)(2)-root 1+m(2)(2))/m(1)(root 1+m(2)(2)-m(2)root 1+m(1)(2)), h(1) and h(2) are the characteristic lengths of two overflowing cross-section, m(1) is the side slope coefficient of "Trapezoid-V" shaped drainage canal while m(2) is the bottom transverse slope coefficient of it). It indicates that M is only related to m(1) and m(2) under the optimal hydraulic condition. By analyzing the optimal hydraulic condition, it is indicated that M decreases with m(2) when m(1) is unchanged; when m(2) comes to a certain value, M increases with m(2). At the same time, it has the similar regularity when m(2) is unchanged.
