中文摘要There are many applications of noble metal nanoparticles (NPs), such as gold and silver NPs based on their special optical properties, particularly in environmental sciences. Highly sensitive and selective determination of metal ions has attracted much interest, especially Hg2+, Pb2+, Cr(VI) , Cd2+, and Co2+so on, due to their severe effects on the human body and environment even at a very low concentration. Up to now, many detection methods have been developed for detection of metal ions. Although a lot of methods of detecting various metal ions have been reported, such as fluorescein probes, chemiluminescence, electrochemiluminescence, electrochemical sensors, ICP-MS and colorimetric assay way, there are few reports for sensitive, simple and rapid detection of various types of metal ions systmeically. Recently, a number of colorimetric assay methods for metal cations based on gold and silver nanoparticles have been reported due to their extremely high coefficients and strongly distance dependent on optical properties1. At NIMTE, we are developing a rapid colorimetric detection method based on noble metal nanoparticles, this method may detect out some metal ions very quickly. Up to now, some work were done about mercury, lead, cobalt, cadmium, copper, nickel, and chromium so on in aqueous solutions2-9. Some new progress will be shown in this presentation.
