英文摘要 | Specimens with Ni-based self-fluxing alloy coatings on 40Cr steel substrate were prepared by thermally spraying. Wear resistance and torsion fatigue property of the coated samples, for which the coatings were remelted for different time, were investigated by wear tester and fatigue testing machine, respectively. Morphology, phase components and hardness of the coating layer were examined by means of scanning electron microscopy (SEM), energy dispersive X-ray spectrometer(EDS) analysis and micro-hardness tests, and a non-contact three-dimensional profilemeter was used to observe the morphology of the worn coatings. The results show that the optimum remelting time is 12 min, and the performance of combined bending and torsion fatigue of thermal spray welding specimens, wear resistance and surface hardness of the coatings are excellent. The microstructure of the coatings is influenced significant by Cr segregation, SiO2 particles formed by Si reacted with oxygen when the un-proper remelting time is employed, and the fatigue performance of the samples and the wear resistance of the coatings decrease. |
