英文摘要 | The precipitation behavior of Co-8.8Al-9.8W alloy with different B contents has been studied by thermodynamic simulation calculation of JMatPro software in order to research the effect of boron additions on precipitation phases of new Co base superalloy. The result shows that the precipitation temperature and precipitation quantity of γ phase and μ-Co7W6 phase decrease with the increases of B content, whereas the precipitation temperature and precipitation quantity of η-Co3Al phase increase. Finally, the result was explained from the aspect of boride phases and the effect of B on composition of precipitation. It suggests that with the increase of B content, the content of each element of solid-liquid equilibrium phase has a growing difference when γ phase precipitates, and thus it is only decreasing the temperature and increasing the degree of super cooling that can satisfy γ phase nucleation and growth. Therefore, with the increase of B content, the content of γ phase gets less and the precipitation temperature becomes lower. The precipitation of borides leads to solid solution of much Co and W, which increases the Al content in the solid-liquid equilibrium phase and promotes the precipitation of Co3Al. © 2016, Science Press.
