英文摘要 | The present invention provides an AlTiCLa master alloyreinforced A356 composite and a preparation method thereof, belonging to the technical field of alloys. The A356 composite according to the present invention includes an A356 alloy and an AlTiCLa 5 master alloy, where the weight of the AlTiCLa master alloy is 47% that of the A356 alloy. The present invention takes the AlTiCLa master alloy as a refining modifier, and introduces an A 3 Ti phase, a Ti2Al 2 oLa phase and a TiC phase by adding the AlTiCLa master alloy into the A356 alloy. These phases can convert a eutectic Si structure into a short rodshaped structure and a granular structure with a minimum average size of 4 pm. A secondary 10 dendritic arm spacing (SDAS) of Al can be reduced to 10 pm, and its ultimate tensile strength (UTS), elongation (El) and Vickers hardness (HV) are obviously improved compared with those of the A356 alloy. 1/3 DRAWINGS a)' FIG.1I FIG. 2 |
