英文摘要Through the combination of Fick's second law and modified Davis equation, the numerical simulation process of ion diffusion of concrete in the pure immersion environment of sulfate ions under multi-ion coupling was established, and the relationship between ions and corrosion products was established through chemical equilibrium, which was finally simplified model of pure sulphate immersion. Matlab and COMSOL Multiphysics were used to establish the model of sulfate ion diffusion. Taking time as the independent variable, by setting the initial conditions such as temperature and concentration, the final evaluation parameters of the dependent variable such as corrosion product concentration, porosity and strain field were obtained. Considering the initial modeling conditions of concrete specimens and the complex factors in the process of sulfate ion corrosion, some simplifications and assumptions were made for the diffusion and corrosion process. The modeling results show that as the simulated corrosion progresses, the free sulfate ions inside the concrete tend to stabilize, while the cured sulfate ions increase with the corrosion. The simulation results can be combined with the non-destructive detection method to use the thickness of the damaged layer to predict the durability of the concrete. © 2021, Editorial Board of Journal of Huazhong University of Science and Technology.
