英文摘要Based on the heat transfer theory, the finite element methods and GDO optimization techniques, the temperature distributions and factors of the long neck valve cover were studied. The results show that cold-keeping layer thickness and the bottom temperature of the valve stem stuffing are nonlinearly related and exists an optimal interval; that drip plate could slow down the transfer speed from medium cooling capacity to the stuffing box and the top of stem effectively and that relevant parameters such as height, radius and thickness of drip plate have an effect on the bottom of stuffing temperature. The results also provide reference value to optimization design of cryogenic ball.
