Ionothermal Synthesis of Hierarchical Structured CuAPO-5 Molecular Sieve

英文摘要Hierarchical structured CuAPO-5 molecular sieve has been ionothermally synthesized by microwave irradiation and using eutectic mixture based on succinic acid, choline chloride and tetraethyl ammonium bromide as solvent and template. The effects of the ratio of P2O5/Al2O3, HF/Al2O3 and CuO/Al2O3, aluminum and copper sources on the crystallization of CuAPO-5 were systematically investigated. The resulting CuAPO-5 molecular sieve was characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD), Scanning electron microscope (SEM), Transmission electron microscopy (TEM), and N-2 physical adsorption-desorption, respectively. SEM analysis reveals that CuAPO-5 molecular sieve with hexagonal nanometer-disc morphology can be synthesized under specific synthesis conditions. N-2 physisorption, SEM and TEM characterizations show that the resultant material is one kind of hierarchical structured aluminophosphate molecular sieve possesses both micropore and mesopore.
