英文摘要 | To deal with the stiffness relationship between the edge frame and the steel plate shear wall structure with partially encased concrete columns, the lateral stiffness of the edge frame and steel plate shear wall is calculated theoretically. The lateral stiffness of the steel plate shear wall structure with partially encased concrete columns in each stage is obtained using the superposition principle. Eight finite element models with different thicknesses of steel plate are established by the Abaqus software, and the influence of the thickness of steel plate on the lateral stiffness of the entire structure is analyzed. An experiment on a 1:3 scale model of the steel plate shear wall structure with partially encased concrete columns is conducted under monotonic load. The results indicate that the errors of the three values are all less than 10% compared with the value of lateral stiffness obtained from the theoretical calculation, finite element simulation, and experiment, which verifies the correctness of the theoretical formula. Therefore, the restraint of the PEC column frame can enhance the lateral performance of the steel plate shear wall when the height-to-thickness ratio of the embedded steel plate is in the range of 350~560.
