英文摘要 | Based on the investigation of the PCB production in L Company, the bottleneck process of drilling operation, which restricted the capacity and efficiency of the production, was determined. Then the simulation model of drilling operation was built with the Arena software. The corresponding improvement measures were proposed through the analysis of the model, and the effectiveness of the measures were tested by simulation with the Arena software. It can be found from the output results of simulation that the utilization of machines and staff were greatly improved by the optimized model. So the purpose of optimization and improvement was achieved. |
