英文摘要In order to evaluate the fatigue reliability of wind turbine blades in the fatigue test, using full-scale fatigue test data of wind turbine blades and combining performance degradation theory, a stochastic process degradation model based on the Inverse Gaussian process is established by considering randomness and monotonicity of the degradation path. Through the fatigue test data, a maximum likelihood estimation method is presented to estimate the unknown parameters of the presented model. On this basis, according to the reliability assessment method of the degradation model, conduct the fatigue reliability assessment of wind turbine blades. The fatigue reliability analysis of wind turbine blades is accomplished without failure life data. © 2017, Editorial Board of Acta Energiae Solaris Sinica. All right reserved.
