英文摘要 | Aiming at the problem that the genetic algorithm solves the problem of plant load optimal dispatch, it is easy to be precocious and the constraints are difficult to satisfy, which is time-consuming, labor-intensive and wastes a lot of resources and pollutes environment when solving the problem of plant load optimal dispatch. In this paper, we propose a multi-objective evolutionary algorithm for solving the discrete distribution of decision variables. First, we design an individual generator that satisfies the interval discrete solution to guide the search direction of the population; then, aiming at the case that the conventional calculation method violation value of constraint cannot be applied to constraint of discrete decision variables, a calculation method of interval discrete constraint is proposed, and individuals satisfying constraints of discrete decision variables are treated with improved feasibility rules to deal with the conventional equality constraints and inequalities. The experimental results show that under the same simulation conditions, the algorithm for dealing with the discrete distribution of decision variables is used to directly generate individuals in the defined variable interval, which improves the efficiency of the algorithm and the numbers of non-dominated individuals satisfying the feasible region are obviously larger than those without considering the interval discrete constraints, and the distribution is good, thus saving resources and reducing environmental pollution. This proves the correctness and effectiveness of the proposed algorithm. |
