英文摘要The noise level and flow ripple are important parameters indicating the performance of high-pressure vane pump. This research aims at the influence of air content entrained in fluid on flow ripple and the fluid noise which mainly generate by pressure impact within the transition region in high-pressure vane Pump. The pressure gradient was adopted to measure the rate of pressure impact, and the maximum of which determine the level of fluid noise. Diminish the Max. Of pressure gradient in transition region through optimize the configuration of silencing grooves is effective measure to reduce fluid noise. Secondly, the backfilling flow from discharge port to chamber through silencing grooves in transition region is the main influential factors of flow ripple in pump. The content of air in fluid is a main influence factor of bulk modulus and the maximum of backfilling flow and the amplitude of the flow ripple.
