英文摘要 | To improve the corrosion resistance of Ti-6Al-4V alloy, a Ti-6Al-4V coating layer was deposited by the alternating current assisted gas tungsten arc welding (AC-GTAW) method. The effect of auxiliary alternating current on the microstructure and corrosion resistance of coating layers was investigated. The results show that the AC-GTAW coating layer has strong corrosion resistance due to α-widmanstatten colony structure. The oxides and hydroxides were formed on the coating layers surface after corrosion, and the microstructure and alloy element had a significant influence on the corrosion characteristic of the Ti-6Al-4V coating layers. © 2022 Elsevier Ltd |
