英文摘要In this study, the hot corrosion of SLMed IN738LC and wrought GH738 alloy in mixed salt of 75%Na2SO4 + 25%NaCl at 900 is investigated. The results show that the hot corrosion of SLMed IN738LC is typically an acid-alkali fusion mechanism, the mass gains of SLMed IN738LC and wrought GH738 alloy are 0.61 mg/cm2 and 0.81 mg/cm2 after hot corrosion at 900 for 120 h, respectively. The double-layer oxide film of the SLMed sample presents better hot corrosion resistance, however, the corrosion occurs preferentially in cracks and the molten pool boundary. The corrosion performance of the SLMed sample shows obvious anisotropy. © 2022 Elsevier Ltd
