英文摘要 | In order to reduce the friction coefficient of pure nickel coating, and study the temperature range of Ni-based MoS2 composite coating to extend the life of metal parts in extreme friction conditions. A kind of solid lubrication coatings with different MoS2 contained concentrations were prepared on the 45 steel substrate by electro-chemical deposition. The cyclic voltammetry method was applied to investigate the electro-chemical depositing regulation of the composite coatings. Microstructure, wear surface, tribological properties and wear mechanism of the composite coatings with different MoS2 were researched by XRD and SEM. The results show that the addition of MoS2 can promote the cathode polarization and increase the crystallinity of the coating. The friction coefficient of the composite coatings significantly decreases, and the lowest friction coefficient at room temperature is about 0.02-0.03 with a MoS2 content of 30 g/L. The friction coefficient of the composite coating changes from 0.02 to 0.05 under 400 degrees C, which shows good lubrication performance. When the temperature is up to 400 degrees C, the friction coefficient continuously increases to 0.15, because MoS2 is gradually oxidized into MoO3, and the lubrication ability is lost. |
