英文摘要 | High aluminum bronze(Cu-14Al-X) coating, SrAl2O4 doped and SiO2 coated SrAl2O4 doped high aluminum bronze self sensitized luminescence composite coatings were prepared on the 45# steel substrate by cold spraying technique. The surface and interface structure of the composite coatings were analyzed by SEM, and the dry friction test of the coatings was carried out by HT-1000 type high temperature friction and wear tester. Consequently, the effects of SrAl2O4 doping and SiO2 coated SrAl2O4 doping on the deposition characteristics, coating micro-structure and tribological properties of high aluminum bronze coating were investigated, and the macro indicator effect of the self sensitized luminescent composite coating was detected. The results indicate that the SiO2 shell structure prepared by sol-gel method can optimize the surface morphology of the SiO2-SrAl2O4 coating powders for more smooth and round shape, and increases the hardness of composite coating. The surface of SiO2 coated SrAl2O4 doped high aluminum bronze coating also has the best friction and wear properties, and the luminous indication effect is more obvious. © 2019, Science Press.
