英文摘要This paper presents a double hole micro shear test method through shear test of the material area between small holes and the load displacement curve measurement to establish the finite element model of double holes micro-shear test. By choosing different yield stress and work hardening exponent of material for finite element simulation to establish the correlation between plastic deformation parameters and double hole micro-shear test curve of materials. The accuracy of this method is validated by using ferritic stainless steel. The local plastic deformation properties of ferritic stainless steel welding joint were evaluated.
