英文摘要In this paper, we demonstrate the successful fabrication of nitrogen doped ordered mesoporous carbon (PNOMC) materials using polyaniline as precursor. The synthesized PNOMC material exhibits enhanced supercapacitive performance due to the additional contribution from pseudo-capacitance originating from incorporation of nitrogen into the framework of carbon materials. Although the specific surface area of the material is not high (386.2 m2/g), the specific capacitance is as high as the 271 F/g at a current density of 1A/g. The fabrication of nitrogen-doped ordered mesoporous carbon with enhanced electrochemical capacitance performance provides a viable route to promote its applications in electronic devices. © (2014) Trans Tech Publications, Switzerland.
