中文摘要Social Responsibility refers to the attitude and behavioral tendency of individuals to work for the benefit of others and to volunteer for the prosperity of society and the common interests of the people. It is mainly manifested in moral obligation, social justice, equality, peace, ecology and other issues. With the increase in China's international influence and the development of "One Belt And One Road" construction, the Chinese citizens will assume more responsibilities in maintaining world peace and promoting global prosperity and development.This study explores the influence of parenting style on shaping college students' social responsibility (including global social responsibility and responsibility to people), and investigate the role of self-efficacy and childhood residential mobility in this process.Using Short-Egna Minnen av Bamdoms Uppfostram for Chinese(s-EMBU-C), General Self-Efficacy Scale(GSES), Global Social Responsibility Scale(GSRS), and Responsibility Toward People Scale (RPS), 671 college students from seven departments of a university in Guangzhou were investigated through two studies. The data were sorted out and analyzed by using SPSS24.0 and PROCESS plug-in. The results were as follows:(1) In order to improve the adaptability of the Global Social Responsibility Scale and the Responsibility Toward People Scale in the context of Chinese culture, some items in these scales were deleted with 6 items left in each scale. The internal consistency coefficient was 0.73 and 0.79 respectively, and the reliability index met the requirement of psychometrics.(2) Mother's emotional warmth significantly positively predicted college students' self-efficacy, global responsibility and responsibility towards people. Parental rejection significantly negatively predicted college students' self-efficacy, global responsibility and responsibility towards people; College students' self-efficacy positively predicted global responsibility and responsibility towards people.(3) College students' self-efficacy plays a part in mediating the influence of mother's emotional warmth/parental rejection on global responsibility and responsibility towards people.(4) By moderating the relationship between parental rejection/mother's emotional warmth and college students' self-efficacy, childhood residential mobility affect college students' global responsibility and responsibility towards people. With the increase of childhood residential mobility, the mediating effect of self-efficacy between parental rejection/mother's emotional warmth and global responsibility/responsibility towards people decreased.
英文摘要社会责任感(Social Responsibility)是个体以利他为目的,自愿为社会繁荣与社会成员的共同利益而努力的态度与行为倾向,主要表现在道德义务、社会正义、平等、和平、生态等问题上。随着我国国际影响力的提高和“一带一路”建设的发展,我国人民在维护世界和平、促进全球繁荣发展中将承担更多的责任。因此,本研究旨在探讨父母教养方式对塑造大学生社会责任感(包括全球责任感和对他人责任感)的影响,并考察自我效能感以及童年居住流动性在这一过程中的作用。采用简式父母教养方式问卷、一般自我效能感问卷、全球责任感量表和对他人责任感量表,通过两个研究,对广州市某高校七个院系的671名在校大学生进行调查,利用SPSS24.0和PROCESS插件对数据进行整理和分析。结果如下:(1)为提高全球责任感量表和对他人责任感量表在中国文化背景下的适应度,对量表中的部分项目进行删减,最终两个量表各保留6个项目,内部一致性α系数分别为0.73和0.79,信度指标符合心理测量学要求。(2)母亲情感温暖教养方式对大学生的自我效能感、全球/对他人责任感有显著正向预测作用,父母拒绝教养方式对大学生的自我效能感、全球/对他人责任感有显著负向预测作用,父母过度保护的预测均不显著;大学生自我效能感对全球/对他人责任感有显著正向预测作用。(3)大学生的自我效能感在母亲情感温暖对全球/对他人责任感的影响中发挥部分中介作用;大学生的自我效能感在父母拒绝对全球/对他人责任感的影响中发挥部分中介作用。(4)童年居住流动性通过调节母亲情感温暖/父母拒绝与大学生自我效能感间的关系,进而影响大学生的全球/对他人责任感,即随着童年居住流动性的升高,自我效能感在母亲情感温暖/父母拒绝与全球/对他人责任感间的中介效用降低。
