中文摘要The so-called academic procrastination is the distance that students have in the process of planning and carrying out their learning tasks. It is mainly manifested in the irrational use of time and unreasonable external performance when they finish the tasks related to education in a hurry or on time. As an important symbol of evaluating learning initiative, the study of academic procrastination is of great significance to guide the improvement of junior high school students' performance, the formation of good learning habits, and the enrichment of relevant practice and theory. In recent years, mobile phone dependence has become a hot topic in the field of invisible dependence, which is closely related to the life of junior high school students. At present, there are not enough researches on the relationship between parents and children, self-esteem, mobile phone dependence and academic procrastination, so it is very important to clarify the four types of relationships. This paper focuses on the young people in the immature stage of mind, for their easy to procrastinate in school with their own and parents' views, and whether it will be affected by the level of self-esteem and mobile phone dependence. Therefore, in order to improve the parent-child relationship and effectively solve the problem of adolescent academic procrastination, this paper puts forward useful solutions and theoretical support.By using the method of questionnaire survey, nearly 500 junior high school students were investigated. Their self-esteem, academic procrastination, mobile phone dependence and parent-child relationship were analyzed and investigated:Conclusion 1: the score of self-esteem level of junior high school girls was significantly lower than that of junior high school boys.Conclusion 2: the level of academic procrastination is significantly different in grades, especially in the second grade of junior high school.Conclusion 3: there is a significant negative correlation between parent-child relationship and academic procrastination; there is a significant positive correlation between parent-child relationship and self-esteem; there is a significant negative correlation between self-esteem and academic procrastination.Conclusion 4: there is a negative correlation between academic procrastination and parent-child relationship, and the self-esteem level of junior high school students. There was a positive correlation between parent-child relationship and self-esteem.Conclusion 5: self esteem and mobile phone dependence play a mediating role in the influence of parent-child relationship on academic procrastination.This study found and emphasized the important role of mobile phone dependence and self-esteem level in parent-child relationship and academic procrastination of junior high school students. It also showed the effective plan to deal with self-esteem problems in parent-child relationship and learning procrastination, and formulated intervention methods for individuals who were excessively dependent on mobile phones, in order to provide reference experience.
英文摘要所谓的学业拖延就是同学们在计划和执行学习任务的过程中存在的距离,主要表现为在急促或是准时完成有关教育的任务的时候,一种不理性使用时间、不合理的外在表现。作为评价学习主动性的重要标志,学业拖延的研究对指导初中生成绩的提高以及良好学习习惯的养成、丰富相关的实践和理论具有较大意义。近年来,手机依赖已经成为无形依赖领域的研究热点,与初中生的生活息息相关。目前国内的研究中,父母与子女之间的关系、自尊水平、手机依赖和学业拖延的研究还不够,所以理清楚四类关系极为关键。此次论文重点探究的是青少年在心智尚未成熟的阶段,对于自己容易拖延学业与自己和父母的看法二者是否有关,且是否会受到自尊水平与手机依赖的影响。由此针对改善亲子关系和有效解决青少年学业拖延的问题提出有用的解决方法及理论支持。研究通过使用调查问卷法,对象为常州当地一所初级中学五百位同学,对他们的亲子关系、学业拖延、自尊水平和手机依赖等方面进行了研究,同时讨论了四者之间的关系,并得出了下面的结论:结论一:初中女生的自尊水平得分显著低于初中男生。结论二:学业拖延水平在年级方面差异显著,学业拖延的情况在初二表现最为明显。结论三:初中生亲子关系与学业拖延之间呈显著负相关;亲子关系和自尊水平呈显著正相关;初中生自尊水平以及学业拖延间呈显著负相关。结论四:初中生亲子关系与手机依赖之间呈显著负相关;手机依赖与学业拖延呈显著正相关;初中生自尊水平与手机依赖存在显著负相关。 结论五:自尊水平和手机依赖在亲子关系与学业拖延间起中介作用。 本研究发现并强调了手机依赖和自尊水平在初中生亲子关系与学业拖延中的重要作用,同时表明了在亲子关系和学习拖延中应对自尊问题的有效方案,制定了针对过度依赖手机个体的干预方式,意在提供可借鉴的经验。
