中文摘要The notice of the National Mental Health Work Plan (2015-2020) pointed out that all departments should attach great importance to mental health work, work more on the prevention, treatment and rehabilitation of mental disorders, and promote the comprehensive development of mental health. In 2018, the National Youth Mental health literacy ,the promotion conference proposed that the psychological health education and services of adolescents should be further strengthened, so it is urgent to pay attention to the adolescents' mental health. Starting from 20th century, the field of subject education and research has paid more and more attention to self-directed learning. Water House (1990) regards fostering self-directed learning as the fundamental goal of education. Cultivating self-learning ability is the need of social development. Facing the challenges of the new century, getting used to the rapid development of science and technology, adapting to the requirements of occupational transformation and accelerated frequency of knowledge update, have more advantages in their work. Fundamentally it depends on whether the students have the ability to learn independently. Personality which is a stable behavioral tendency, can affect all aspects of individuals and behaviors. The Big Five personality is one of the personality models currently applied in academia. It studies the personality of adolescents and focuses on their mental health impact. In this study, adolescents are taken as the research object, and the relationship model between Big Five personality and self-directed learning is constructed, and the role of learning drive and identity between them is explored.Study we explored, middle school students from two schools in Beijing were selected as research samples, and the researchers used the self-filled questionnaires. This study mainly explores the influence of adolescent personality on self-directed learning. Two parts are included in this study, 1st : to study the reliability and validity test of the bilingual version of adolescent big five personality inventory; 2nd : to study big five personality’s impacts on Adolescent self-directed Learning: Multiple Mediating Models of Work Driven and Identity. Conclusions from statistical analysis in this study:1st study conclusion: The bilingual version of the Youth Personality Questionnaire has a good reliability and validity test, which can be widely used in the test of Chinese youth personality.2nd study conclusions:1) Middle school students are highly more conscientiousness and extroversion than high school students, and there are no significant differences in other factors.2) Girls are highly more agreeableness than boys, and there are no differences between boys and girls in other factors.3) Personality characteristics can significantly predict self-directed learning, of which openness directly and significantly predicts adolescents' self-directed learning. 4) Identity and work drive have a mediating effect on self-directed learning in extraversion and responsibility, and openness is partially mediating on self-directed learning.5) Know more about adolescents’ psychology, educators and psychologists can adopt corresponding strategies to target students in the process of cultivating students' learning.
英文摘要全国精神卫生工作规划(2015-2020年)的通知中指出各部门要高度重视精神卫生工作,要进一步提高精神障碍的预防、治疗和康复工作的关注,全面推动精神卫生事业的发展;在2018年全国青少年心理健康素养提升促进大会中提出,要进一步加强青少年心理健康教育和服务,所以关注青少年人格心理健康刻不容缓。20世纪以来,学科教育研究领域越来越重视自主学习,Water House(1990)将培养自主学习作为教育的根本目标;面对新的时代新的挑战,要不断的适应快速发展的科学技术,还要适应在网络时代知识更新频率不断加快,这也是社会发展的需要,我们的学生们在岗位上是不是具有竞争力,关键取决于学生是否具有自主学习的能力。人格作为一种稳定的行为倾向,可以通过观察个体行为来推测人格类型。大五人格(Big Five Model)是迄今为止广泛应用于学术研究中的人格模型之一,深入研究青少年的人格高度关注青少年的心理健康,探究人格心理对自主学习的影响有着重要的意义。本研究以青少年这一群体为研究对象,构建了大五人格和自主学习之间的关系模型,探讨学习驱动和身份认同在他们之间发挥的作用。本研究选取了北京市两所学校的初高中学生为研究样本,采用自填式问卷进行测查。研究内容为探讨青少年的不同人格类型对自主学习的影响过程,研究分为两个部分:研究一青少年大五人格量表双语版本的信效度检验;研究二大五人格对青少年自主学习的影响-学习驱动和身份认同的多重中介模型。经过数据统计分析研究得出结论:研究一结论:双语版青少年人格问卷在2所学校的测查显示有很好的信效度检验,建议可以用于青少年人格的测试。研究二结论:1)初中生在责任心和外倾性上显著高于高中生,在其它因素上初高中差异不明显。2)女生在宜人性上显著高于男生,在其它因素上男生女生没有差异。3)人格特征可以显著预测自主学习,其中开放性直接显著正向预测青少年的自主习。4)身份认同和学习驱动在在外倾性和责任心对自主学习上具有完全中介作用,在开放性对自主学习上具有部分中介作用。5)了解青少年心理,教育者以及心理学家在培养学生学习的过程中可以采取相应的策略有的放矢,达到事半功倍的效果。
