By using an on-chip unbalanced interferometer for densely-spaced time-bin state preparation/processing and a spiral waveguide for photon-pair generation, we demonstrate and implement high-quality densely-spaced time-entangled two-photon qubits. © 2021 OSA - The Optical Society.
