中文摘要本实用新型涉及激光加工技术中的拼装夹具,具体地说是一种新型GIS控制柜激光焊接拼装夹具,包括基座、顶盖及左、右、前、后侧支架,其中左、右、前侧支架分别与基座活动连接,后侧支架固接于基座上,顶盖位于四侧支架的上方;左、右、前、后侧支架围成的箱体内设有内部支撑;内部支撑由两块形状相同的支撑板铰接组成,支撑板抵接于彼此相对的两侧支架;左、右、前、后侧支架沿焊缝长度方向的边上分别均布有多个压紧条;压紧条由螺纹件及压条连接组成,压条的横截面为“L”型;所述基座的下方设有升降台。本实用新型具有操作简单、方便、灵活,保证各面板间焊缝对齐,同时可防止焊接时各面板向内凹陷变形,焊缝间隙可以调节等特点。

英文摘要The utility model relates to an assembly clamp in the laser processing technology, in particular to a novel GIS control cabinet laser welding assembly clamp, which comprises a base, a top cover, and a left side bracket, a right side bracket, a front side bracket, and a rear side bracket, wherein, the left and the right as well as the front side brackets are respectively and movably connected with the base, the rear side bracket is fixedly connected on the base, the top cover is positioned above the four brackets a case body enclosed by the left, the right, the front, and the rear side brackets is internally provided with an interior support which is formed by hinging two supporting plates with same shapes, and the supporting plates prop against the two side brackets which are opposite the left, the right, the front, and the rear side brackets are respectively and evenly distributed with a plurality of compacting strips on the edges along the length direction of the welding line the compacting strips are formed by connecting screw threaded strips and treadle bars, the cross section of each treadle bar is L-shape, and a raising platform is arranged under the base. The assembly clamp has the advantages that the operation is simple, convenient, and flexible, the welding lines among panels are aligned, the panels can be prevented from being concaved and deformed inwards when welding, and gaps among the welding lines can be adjusted, etc.
