英文摘要	The invention discloses a portable toll collector which comprises a main case, a case cover and an operating panel, wherein the main case is connected with the case cover, and the operating panel is fixedly connected to the main case a liquid crystal display is embedded at the inner side of the case cover and the operating panel comprises a special toll collection keyboard and an IC card read and write window. A wireless network card, an industrial computer main board for a hard disc and an IC reader-writer and a power integrator are arranged in the main case and a power socket U11, a power switch and an external cursor mouse PS2 interface, an external standard keyboard interface, an RS232 serial interface, a USB interface and an external display interface which are integrated on the industrial computer main board are arranged on a rear back board of the main case. The casing is made of aluminum alloy material, the upper cover adopts a folding design, and the invention has the characteristics of corrosion protection, moisture protection, shock resistance, high weatherability, and the like, is suitable for the harsh environment, is specially used for toll collection keyboard key-bit arrangement and logic subareas, is convenient for operation of the toll collectors and reduces the incorrect operation and the wireless network card is adopted for transmitting data in real time to remove the expenses and trouble for laying the network line.
