中文摘要本文从颗粒原生特性出发,采用三种不同颗粒的混合物,用床层塌落方法考查其气固流态化特微。根据实验结果绘制了三元等Θ图,并从床层结构微观记录分析了床层结构的变化,从而阐明了细颗粒粘聚是流化质量改善的根本原因。提出符合实验结果的宏观流化质量模型,其模型参数说明了床中细颗粒粘取的强弱。本文还对混合体系的膨胀特性(初始流化速度Umf,初始鼓泡速度Umb及分离度Sx)做了初步的研究。
英文摘要Gas-solid fluidization was studied by employing the bed collapsing method using ternary mixtures of particles having different primary properties. Experimental measurements were reduced to iso-Θ diagrams, and change in bed structure was analyzed in the light of microscale observations, indicating that improvement in fluidization quality resides essentially in the agglomeration among themselves and adhesion to larger particles of the finest particle component added. A model was proposed for describing the macroscopic effect of fluidization quality in terms of experimentally determined parameters which characterize the agglomerating and adhering properties of the fine particles. Initial study on th aerating characteristics of binary particle mixtures was made in terms of the incipient fluidization velocity Umf, bubbling velocity Umb and segregation index Sx.
