中文摘要褐藻多糖中的甘露糖醛酸片段能够提高机体的免疫功能,具有抗癌活性。甘露糖醛酸片段含有羧基和多羟基,在一定条件下可与金属钙离子形成水溶性较好的配位化合物,它可能对骨质疏松有疗效。本文发现了从我国南海的褐藻中提取褐藻酸钠,水解褐藻酸钠后分离提纯得到寡聚甘露糖醛酸与氯化钙反应生成寡聚甘露糖醛酸钙络合物的工艺过程。采用正交设计法优化了上述络合反应的条件,并进行了中试规模的放大研究。同时,用红外光谱、核磁共振、质谱、光散射仪、扫描电镜和透射电镜对该络合物的结构进行了测试与分析,证实该络合物是一个不同于寡聚甘露糖醛酸的结构创新的化合物。
英文摘要The block of mannuronic acid in alginate has the ability of enhancing immunity function and anticancer. There are many carboxyls and hydroxyls in this block. In certain condition, this block can form soluble complex with calcium ions, which may be used to cure osteoporosis. This thesis studied extraction of alginate from the brown alga of South China Sea, hydrolysis of alginate, separation of oligomannuronic acid and synthesis of calcium complex of oligomannuronic acid. The complex reaction conditions were instigated by the method of orthogonal design. The pilot-scale complex reaction was studied. And the structure of this calcium complex was determined and analysis by infrared adoption spectrum, Nuclear Magnetic Resonance, mass spectrometry, scanning electron microscope and transmission electron microscope. By these analysis, it was concluded that this calcium complex was a compound with novel structure.
