| 英文摘要 | PURPOSE:To prevent the projection of a laser under the state in which laser power is left as it is lowered by regularly measuring laser power automatically and precisely through normal operation. CONSTITUTION:A P-I-N diode 22 and a laser diode 21 are housed in the same package incorporated into a probe 2, and two kinds of a laser actually projectd to the outside and a monitor laser projected in the direction opposite to the laser are emitted by the laser diode 2 Since beams of two kinds change in completely direct proportion, monitor beams from the P-I-N diode 22 are inputted to an APC circuit, and laser power is kept constant. An output from the P-I-N diode is also transmitted over a controller 10, and a set value and an observed value are compared by a comparator positioned in the controller 10, which outputs signal to a drive 80 when there is no observed value within a predetermined range, and a display unit 70 is driven by the driver 80. |
