| 英文摘要 | PURPOSE:To extend the life of a semiconductor laser with a low cost by providing a means which charges a high frequency current to a semiconductor laser element after adjusting the coupling efficiency of the high frequency current between a high frequency oscillator and a semiconductor laser. CONSTITUTION:A high frequency current IP outputted from a high frequency oscillator 1 is transformed and coupled by a high frequency transformer 11 consisting of a primary coil 2, a secondary coil 4, and high frequency ferrite beads 3 and is charged to a semiconductor laser 6 through a coupling capacitor 5. Thus, the peak light output for high frequency superposition due to the nonlinear response of the semiconductor laser can be adjusted to the rated output of the semiconductor laser with a general-purpose high frequency oscillator used, and the life is extended without drastical increase of the cost. |
