英文摘要 | PURPOSE:To shift the parallel resonance frequency of a semiconductor laser module to the low-frequency region out of applicable range as well as to reduce the notch amount by a method wherein the material of a unit printing substrate is specified to be SiC base ceramics containing BeO. CONSTITUTION:The printing substrates 3, 4 of an electronic cooling unit 1 are formed of SiC base ceramics containing BeO base ceramics to print out wiring patterns 8. The SiC base ceramics containing BeO is provided with higher thermal conductivity and dielectric constant than those of aluminum base ceramics thereby facilitating the formation of substrates. Through these procedures, the parasitic capacity of unit can be augmented to reduce the impedance so that the resonance point of small signal frequency characteristics may be shifted to low-frequency region to reduce the notch amount. |
