英文摘要	[Problem] To provide: an illuminating device wherein the outputs of a plurality of light sources can be controlled constant by means of a further simplified temperature control circuit; a control device; and a control method. [Solution] This illuminating device is provided with: a plurality of light sources; a plurality of cooling units, which are respectively provided to the light sources, and which respectively cool the light sources; and a drive control unit that switches controls of the light sources on the basis of comparison between the target temperatures of the light sources, and the measured temperatures of the light sources or the measured temperature of the environment.
