| 英文摘要 | PURPOSE:To control the quantity of light correctly with a simple circuit formation by a single power source, by inserting an element for lowering voltage such as diodes and the like in series between a cathode terminal and a ground, thereby detecting a monitor current. CONSTITUTION:The anode of a diode DI is connected to a common terminal c of cathodes of a laser diode LD as well as a photo diode PD. The cathodes are connected to a ground GND and then, load resistor R1 is connected to a space between the anode of the photo diode PD and a ground GND as well. Thus, a monitor current Im is detected as a voltage exhibited by an expression Vm=RIm. |
