英文摘要The invention relates to a non-invasive method and device for detecting mines buried in the ground. According to the invention, the method consists in irradiating the surface of the ground with the laser beam generated by a high brightness solid state laser emitter for creating a source of sound waves which propagate into the ground and are reflected by the buried mines which become secondary sound sources, said waves being then detected by means of a DFB-FL (distributed feedback fiber-optic laser) acoustic sensor. According to the invention, the device comprises a laser emitter working on a wavelength of ..5 μ m by laser pulse emission with a semi-amplitude duration of 5...10 ns and an acoustic sensor of DFB-FL-type meant to detect, at the ground surface, the noises produced in the area wherein a mine is buried, in which the DFB-FL acoustic sensor consists of a pumping laser diode (1) which injects a laser beam into a DFB-FL laser emitter (3) mounted at the end of a metal hollow guiding structure (4) by means of a wavelength demultiplexer (2), the output signal emitted by the DFB-FL laser being passed through an optical insulator (5) so as to move in only one direction and then being introduced into a Mach-Zehnder interferometer through two beams of equal power and similar characteristics, the two beams being propagated through two optical fibers of identical optical length, of which one is mounted in rigid contact with a piezoelectric crystal (7) driven by means of a filter (8), eliminating the high oscillation frequencies generated by a lock-in amplifier (9), the two beams being then reunited in an optical coupler (6), whose two output ways are coupled to a differential detector (10) whose output signal is processed in a data acquisition system (11) connected to a computer (12).
