英文摘要PURPOSE:To enhance the strain characteristics without deteriorating the low noise characteristics by a method wherein an optical resonator is formed while at least two reflecting points of laser beams are formed on an optical path made by the laser beams emitted from a semiconductor laser so as to be coupled in an optical fiber. CONSTITUTION:At least two reflecting points 6, 7 of laser beams 5 are formed on an optical path made by the laser beams 5 emitted from a semiconductor laser 1 so as to be coupled in an optical fiber 4 so that an optical resonator may be formed. At this time, the fine coefficient of transmission characteristics of the optical resonator formed inside a semiconductor laser module 8 is directly proportional to the secondary strain level to make the signs thereof represent the polarity of the strain so that an operating point at the minimum strain level by compensation may be determined by scanning the oscillation wavelength of the semiconductor laser 1 on the transmission characteristics. Through these procedures, the low strain characteristics can be preserved stably for a long time.
