英文摘要 | PURPOSE:To prevent a semiconductor laser from breaking by restricting the order of the rising and falling of each power source and resetting an APC circuit in the case of a transient state. CONSTITUTION:The output of a control system power source +5V(A) and a constant current power source + or -12V which are inputted to laser driving circuits 104 - 108 and the output of a power source +5V(B) for the laser which is connected directly to the semiconductor laser 104 are discriminated, and supplied or cut off according to what states the respective power sources are in. When the power source for the laser is cut off, a counter 110 is reset by a reset circuit 115. Thus, the rising-falling order of the respective power sources is controlled and the APC circuit is reset in the case of a transient state. Consequently, an overcurrent is prevented from flowing to the semiconductor laser 104. |
