中文摘要 | Superhydrophobic metal mesh has been fabricated by a simple spraying method. The processes of decreasing surface free energy and increasing surface roughness have been accomplished in one step via the reaction of metal salts and alkanethiols. The loading capacity of these superhydrophobic meshes was performed. The largest loading capacity appearedwith pore size of 90 m. Furthermore, the stability and the corrosion resistance of the coppermeshwere investigated. The surfaces remain superhydropho- bic in acidic and basic solution over a wide range of pH value (from 1 to 13). The polarization current is reduced by two orders of magnitude with the superhydrophobic coating, which means the coating can provide protection for the substrate. |
