中文摘要以现场总线与工业以太网技术为代表的控制网络技术是现代自动控制技术和信息网络技术相结合的产物,也是下一代自动化设备的标志性技术。EPA标准作为我国第一个工业实时以太网世界标准,目前已经解决的关键技术有:控制系统结构设计、通信实时性技术、总线供电技术、互可操作技术、远距离传输技术、网络安全技术、可靠性与抗干扰技术。但是由于历史和商业的原因,现场总线标准没有统一的规范。并且EPA现场总线现在处于应用的初级阶段,所以必须解决与这些主流现场总线的互连与互通问题。为了解决EPA与其他类型现场总线互连与互通的问题,本文重点研究了EPA与FF H1协议网关的研究与实现。FF H1现场总线是最复杂,最完整的现场总线标准,并且得到了世界上主要自控设备供应商的支持。所以解决EPA与FF H1协议的互连与互通不仅使EPA的技术更加成熟,而且会大大地推动EPA的市场应用。  论文首先研究了EPA与FF H1协议栈的网络体系结构与组成,并着重于EPA与FF H1协议栈的不同点,讨论其网络层次模型和实现原理。之后提出了网关结构及两种协议栈互连与互通的解决方案,重点介绍了网关服务转换、调度转换与报文转换的设计原理。论文提出了网关的硬件与软件环境,并在此软硬件环境中实现了EPA与FF H1协议网关。为了能够实现EPA与FF H1设备跨网段显示与互操作,我们对EPA组态软件进行改进。最后设计了网关测试系统,在该系统的基础上进行了相关测试与验证,并对网关的数据进行分析,结果表明本网关完全实现了设计功能。

英文摘要Network Control Technology is arising from the combination of modern automatic control technology and Information Network Technology. Industrial Ethernet is the representation of Network Control Technology. EPA, the first industry real-time Ethernet world standard from China, has possessed several key technologies, such as control system structure design, real-time communication, fieldbus power supply, interoperable communication, remote transmission, network security and reliability communication. But due to historical and commercial reasons, there is no a single fieldbus standard and protocol all over the world. Considering the primary stage of application, EPA must resolve the interconnection with the other fieldbus protocols to obtain higher market occupancy. To resolve the problem of the interconnection and interoperability of EPA and other fieldbus, this paper describes the research and implementation of the EPA and FF H1 protocol gateway. As the most complicated and perfect filedbus protocol, FF H1 has acquired supports from international automation companies. Thus, it is helpful to achieve the interconnection and interoperability between EPA and FF H1 .     In the first part, this paper describes EPA protocol and FF H1 protocol, and their network architectures. This paper discusses their network layer model and realization principle,focusing on the difference of the two protocol stacks between EPA and FF H1. Then this paper proposes the logical structure of the gateway and the solution to realize interconnection and interoperability of the two protocol stacks. The function of gateway includes services conversion, schedule conversion, message conversion. We have developed EPA and FF H1 gateway on the experimental platform. In order to achieve cross-segment configuration and interoperability between EPA and FF H1, we improve EPA configuration software. In the end, we design a system to test the functions of this gateway. The result shows that the gateway achieve all the designed functions.
