中文摘要The diffusion of Si in two amorphous alloys of (Fe-Ni)78Si12B10 was investigated by in situ Auger electron spectroscopy (AES). The results showed that in the amorphous alloys, the Arrhenius relations were obtained for Si diffusion within the experimental temperature range and the substitution of 5 at% Fe with 5 at% Ni in the Fe78Ni5Si12B10 amorphous alloy decreased both the frequency factor and the diffusion activation energy.
