中文摘要真彩色影像是在R、G、B波段真F实地记录着地物的光谱,颜色和现实世界中的自然色一致。在虚拟现实、环境仿真、影像解译尤其是非专业人士在使用遥感数据等方面,真彩色影像有着得天独厚的优势。SPOT卫星遥感数据以较高空间分辨率和具有立体测图能力著称。在农业、林业、土地利用、水利、国防、环境、地质勘探等多个应用领域有着广泛的应用。但是,SPOT 卫星在传感器的设置方面多光谱数据没有蓝光(Blue)波段,只有绿(Green)、红(Red)、近红外(NIR)以及短波红外(SWIR)波段。用户在用SPOT多光谱数据在合成真彩色影像时碰到了困难。这必将在某种程度上影响了用户对SPOT数据的使用,限制了SPOT数据的应用领域。因此,如何通过标准假彩色成功的模拟出真彩色,有效的增强SPOT数据的光谱信息,受到了遥感领域的关注。本文从地物波谱分析入手,引入了全球波谱库数据,充分挖掘各类数据源信息的相关关系,建立不同空间、光谱分辨率下的光学图像间的图像相互转换关系模型;探求地物波谱和光学图像的内在联系,完成不同类型图像与地物波谱间融合——图谱融合。针对已有遥感影像模拟方法不能在影像光谱维上扩展的不足,以SPOT真彩色模拟为应用,提出了三种基于地物波谱的增强光谱分辨率的谱-像融合转换方法。即:(1)基于SAM模型的SPOT影像真彩色模拟;(2)基于波谱分析与BP神经网络的波段模拟;(3)基于支持向量机(SVM)真彩色模拟。以上方法不仅用于真彩色模拟领域,同时为影像波段的模拟提供了一个可借鉴的研究方法,为实现图谱融合奠定了一定的基础。通过TM、 ETM+自然色模拟实验中可以看出,以上的波段模拟方法是可行的,能较为准确地模拟出真实的光谱影像,其模拟结果具有很高的可靠性。进一步通过模拟SPOT影像真彩色实验,结果表明:以上方法得到的SPOT模拟自然色影像无论在视觉效果还是波谱信息上均明显优于常规的波段合成方法。True color image record the spectrum of object naturally in R(red), G(green) and B(blue) wave band, which colour consistent with the nature in realistic world. In virtual reality, environmental emulation and image interpretation aspects, especially on layman using the data of remote sensing, true color image has exceptional advantage。The SPOT data not only has higher space resolution but also have the ability of three-dimensional measuring. The data has been used in land mapping at large scale, resource survey, environment monitor and geological exploration, et al. However, the SPOT image does not has blue band , only has green( Green) , bonus( Red) , near and infrared ( NIR) as well as short wave infrared( SWIR) wave band. User has met difficulty when using SPOT multi-spectral band data in produce true colored image. This will effects the utility of SPOT data to some extent and has restricted the application field of SPOT data. Therefore, how to imitate SPOT true color image through the standard false colored, effective strengthen SPOT data spectrum information, has gotten the awareness of the field of remote sensing. This paper firstly study on the spectrum of natural object, point out the deficiency of present methods of simulation true color image. Then lead into global spectral database data. Thorough research natural object reflection spectrum physical mechanism, put forward 3 kinds strengthening spectrum resolution fusion method based on spectrum database. ( 1)Simulation SPOT True Color Image Based on SAM Model; ( 2) Base on BP Artificial Nerve Network Simulate SPOT True Color Image; ( 3) Based on Support Vector Machine( SVM) Imitates SPOT True Color Image. Through TM and ETM+ natural colour imitation experiment, and contrasted simulation true color image to original nature color image, we find out that the above simulation method is feasible, which can imitate actual color image fairly accurately. The simulated result has very high reliability and validation. Except natural colour imitation application, This band simulation method also can be apply to other band simulation fields, for example: band miss simulation or repair. Through experiment of simulating the SPOT true colored image. The result show that the SPOT true color imitation methods put forward in this paper superior to traditional method not only in vision effect but also in spectral information.
