英文摘要 | The assessment techniques of ecological damage caused by marine oil spill are important technical support and components of marine oil pollution emergency disposal and marine disaster prevention & mitigation. It plays a guiding role in a comprehensive assessment on marine ecological damage caused by marine oil pollution incidents, as well as ecological restoration. The study is mainly based on the value of the marine ecosystem services function, combines with the sensitive coefficient of the marine ecological function zones, quantitatively predicts and calculates marine oil spill ecological damage, comprehensively applies geographic information systems (GIS) and database technology, designs and builds the GIS-based marine oil spill ecological assessment, and finally provides technical support for the ecological damage assessment of marine oil pollution incidents as well as the scientific basis for accident damages claims. |
