英文摘要 | Cancer development and progression not only results in biological and functional abnormalities but also leads to changes in the mechanical and structural characteristics of cells.Numerous studies have shown a strong correlation between cell mechanical properties (stiffness or deformability) and cancer progression and malignancy. For example, the stiffness of metastatic cancer cells from body fluids of patients was reported 70% lower than the benign cells lining the body cavity. The mechanical characterization have been shown to be a promising and alternative way to diagnose cancer.; 166-166 |
