英文摘要 | The elastic stiffness (C11) and piezoelectric coefficient (e11) of BaTiO3 thin films are investigated based on first-principles calculations. It is found that the compressive stiffness of BaTiO3 film is larger than its tensile stiffness. The elastic and piezoelectric properties of films are both size dependence: elastic stiffness is enhanced with decreasing film thickness, while the piezoelectricity is weakened.
